Let’s make it easier - you can do your sessions where it is comfortable for you. As telehealth providers we can come to you via any device with access to the internet.

How it works

1: Contact us today by using the form below. We’ll reach out to talk about what you are looking for in a therapist, what is bringing you to therapy, and your schedule so that we can find the best provider for you.

2: You will have an initial session where you meet with your therapist, share information, and make a plan. From there you will have weekly or biweekly meetings where you will identify root issues, learn new skills, and find continued support from your therapist.

3: Start to feel better. After each meeting you will have a deeper understanding of the issue bringing you to therapy and skills to address it. You will feel seen, heard, and supported. The path to wellness will be easier with us walking with you.
