Diana is ready to journey with you to embrace your story where you can begin to reconnect with the parts of yourself that may still live in the shadows of shame with the hope to free you to more fully love and empower yourself to share your unique gifts with the world. Diana is passionate about working with clients who have experienced trauma, have chronic medical conditions, and are navigating spirituality after religious trauma.

Trauma can completely disrupt your life. After experiencing a traumatic event you may feel broken, as if the person you once were shattered into a million pieces. Diana can help you to rewire the connection between thoughts and emotions through EMDR. This will allow you to reprocess a traumatic event so that you no longer have the same reaction. You don’t have continue living with effects of trauma on your life, Diana can help you work on re-processing your trauma so it no longer controls your life.

Diana works with teens (16+) and young adults in finding their voice and the power to create the life they have been dreaming about as they navigate entering higher education or the workforce. The transition from adolescence into adulthood can be stressful and overwhelming. Diana is here to help you build the tools and resources you need to succeed in achieving your goals.
