Specialities

  • Individual Therapy

Your story is more than your struggles and narrative therapy is built on that belief. In individual therapy, Jack will work with you to separate you from the problems that have felt defining, exploring the ways your experiences have been shaped by outside forces and uncovering the strengths and values that have always been yours. This approach is especially powerful for those who have felt misunderstood, marginalized, or like the dominant narrative about their life just doesn't fit. Jack is ready to help you write the true story that reflects who you really are and where you want to go.

  • Relationship Therapy

Whether you're navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to feel more connected, couples therapy with Jack offers a research-backed path forward. Using the framework of the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy , Jack helps partners develop deeper understanding, strengthen friendship, and build communication skills that actually hold up during hard moments. His affirming approach welcomes all relationship structures and identities, because every couple deserves support that truly sees them.

  • Youth Therapy

Jack works with youth who are 8 years old and up. He is passionate about working with youth who have experienced trauma, are working to identify their place on the gender spectrum, are neurodivergent, are experiencing anxiety or depression, or need support in creating lasting social relationships. Jack is ready to partner with you and the rest of the family to support your child.

  • Neurodivergence

Jack is experienced in working with individuals with AuDHD, Autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse conditions. They offer therapy that adapts to how you think, process, and experience the world, rather than asking you to fit a mold that was never made for you.

  • LGBTQIA+

Finding a therapist that is the right fit is difficult, and when you are looking for a therapist that specializes in working with clients who are LGBTQIA+ it can feel impossible. As a member of our community, Jack is ready to partner with you and help you find the pathway to the health and joy you deserve.
