I am a Latina therapist who is a native to Washington state. As a first generation college student and graduate I understand the pressure, frustration, and joy of launching from youth into adulthood. I am passionate about working with people who have experienced trauma, are navigating grief, and who are navigating the stresses of day to day life. We will explore the experiences that have shaped you and will work together to create a path to a healthy life journey that allows you to achieve your goals.
