Specialities

  • Individual Therapy

Sammy’s approach is dynamic, ranging from holding space for silence and processing to engaging in questions and conversation to help clients see their growth and move towards their goals. The things that stay consistent in Sammy’s sessions is their calm, quiet, and compassionate attitude, that is broken up with bits of humor and lots of curiosity.

  • Relationship Therapy

Sammy works with people in all types of relationships. Whether you are a parent who needs relational support with your child, are working with a partner to create a strong relationship, or are a family needs more complex support, Sammy has the tools to help navigate sessions to create a space where everyone is seen, heard, and respected.

  • Grief Therapy

Grief is an intimate, unique emotion that everyone experiences. Finding community supports to process your feelings and needs is a huge step toward healing. Sammy believes that there is grief in all change, even when we're excited about it. Sammy will partner with you through the highs and lows and help you recognize your patterns and feelings that come up through that process.

  • Neurodivergence

Sammy is experianced in working with individuals with AuDHD, Autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse conditions. Their approach to therapy is to support you in getting curious about the ways your emotions show up in your body, and help you find ways to ground and stay present through those emotional experiences.

  • LGBTQIA+

Finding a therapist that is the right fit is difficult, and when you are looking for a therapist that specializes in working with clients who are LGBTQIA+ it can feel impossible. As a member of our community, Sammy is ready to partner with you and help you find the pathway to the health and joy you deserve.
